Drop-in Policies and Procedures

Please remember that these are judgment free zones for parents and caregivers. We understand that young children were not meant to "sit still and be quiet." ALL FAMILIES ARE WELCOME.

  1. EarlyON child and family drop in events are open to all parents, caregivers, professionals, and their children, newborn to 6 years of age.

  2. Signing in and out during drop in session is required for safety purposes.

  3. Parents and caregivers are responsible at all times for the children they bring with them.

  4. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in all activities with their children. Parents and caregivers are also expected to keep the event location tidy. Please help children put toys away at clean up time and make sure any mess is cleaned up immediately.

  5. Physical discipline and verbal abuse are not permitted and will not be tolerated.

  6. Children may eat snacks at the designated tables. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. However, parents may bring snacks from home. The events are peanut-free so please leave snacks that contain nuts or trace amounts of nuts at home.

  7. Adults are asked to use the mugs with lids for their coffee or drinks.

  8. Please adhere to the sick policy for these events.

  9. Diaper changing stations may not always be available dependent on our "pop up' location, so please keep that in mind when packing your infant for the event.

  10. Circle time is an important part of our program. Adults are encouraged to participate with their children. Don't' be shy!

  11. To ensure the safety of participants, the EarlyON staff may have to limit the number of adults and children that may attend the event.

  12. Please visit our website for cancellations and/or changes due to bad weather.
