• With all their recipes you can substitute with your choice of vegetables, rice, pasta, meat, etc.

• It is not recommended to cut meats on a wood cutting board. They prefer to use glass, but will also use plastic.

• You may use an oil of your choice when cooking. They like to use Canola Oil because it smokes less.
